Sweet Home Movers UAE

Unfortunately, I find this company and the manager extremely unprofessional. In my move they broke multiple items and damaged photos I cannot replace. I have photos of all of this.

The movers themselves left my previous apartment a wreck. Trash and packing materials left behind. Food and drink trash. Not to mention they missed boxes worth of belongings.

The manager refuses offer a refund or repair the broken items. He insinuated I was lying about the movers and the broken items even though I sent photos and videos. He also refuses to let me speak with his boss to file a complaint in reference to his behavior.

Would not recommend these movers to anyone. 0/5.

Contacted them for the above move. They were very professional and cost effective. They came exactly at time decided. They workers were guided by a seperate supervisor. They knew Thier job and finished in half the time then what I was expecting. Even smaller items were packed safely and nothing got broken. Brought sufficient packing material with them. They were hardworking and courteous and followed my instructions for few things I wanted my way. Definitely will recommend them.
